Description: led the policy advocacy program that seeks to bridge the gender gaps in the Nigerian political process with the overall aim of increasing women’s representation in public office through advocacy and high-level advocacy for policy and legal reform.
Roles: Responsible for handling all people-related concerns and needs within the organization. Manage recruiting, hiring, and firing, onboarding new hires, administering compensation, analyzing performance, managing the orientation process, assisting in the resolution process, and maintaining detailed employee records for legal purposes.

Role: Presiding over the Group which comprises over 50 NGOs working on gender programming and other stakeholders to provide a forum to maintain focus on and commitment to gender equality issues among partners through sharing information, identifying collaborative activities among members, and coordinating actions and funding where possible.

Role: implementing the Building Solidarity Accountability Commitment to End Gender-based Violence a project aimed at building the capacities of traditional leaders, and rural community dwellers to manage GBV cases in their communities with support from the Ford Foundation.
